Présentation

SELAS DANIEL LEGRAND has been operating in Paris for over a century. In fact, it is one of the oldest firms of surveyors in Paris. First named CABOIS, in 1912 it became Pierre FOUQUART (Father), in 1943 Cabinet Pierre FOUQUART (Son), in 1981 Cabinet Daniel LEGRAND and then finally in 2014, SELAS DANIEL LEGRAND.

Cabinet Daniel LEGRAND was operated as a profession libérale (NB: private practice). On 1 June 2014, SELAS became a Société d’Exercice Libéral par Action Simplifiée (NB: a private practice simplified joint-stock company). The creation of this new legal entity was used to transfer all the professional, technical and financial skills from Cabinet Daniel LEGRAND.

SELAS DANIEL LEGRAND is constantly developing. Located in the centre of PARIS, it operates year-round from its spacious premises of over two thousand square metres of office space of which one hundred square metres are set aside for archives. It has twenty-four employees, mainly engineers and surveyors who graduated from some of France’s most prestigious universities. SELAS has managed to grow while remaining faithful to its culture and quest for quality.

In-service training is regularly offered to its employees in order to maintain their legal and technical skills. SELAS regularly takes on interns from Grandes Ecoles (NB: highly prestigious French universities).
